Dussehra Celebration - Classes 3, 4 & 5

Our students celebrated the spirit of Dussehra with devotion, creativity and values!

*Class 3 - Let Us Overcome Our Bad Habits:* Students wrote one bad habit to overcome and replaced it with a good habit on the Good Habits Tree.

*Class 4 - If I Were a Character in the Ramayana:* Students spoke as Ramayana characters and shared their values, learning that good always wins over evil.

*Class 5 - The Goodness Tree:* Students wrote one good deed they promised to practice on a leaf and created a Goodness Tree for the class.

The activities were not just fun, but also helped students reflect on their own behaviour.

We are proud of our young learners for embracing the true meaning of Dussehra - to choose goodness, kindness and truth every day!

Dussehra Special Assembly – Shakti: The Divine Power Within Us

Arwachin Intwrnatuinal School celebrated Dussehra with a special assembly on 17th October, highlighting the victory of good over evil. The programme featured devotional music, an English speech, Navdurga presentation, drama, Hindi poetry, Garba dance and a dance drama on Mahishasur Mardini. Students learnt the importance of overcoming anger, jealousy and hatred while cultivating kindness, courage and righteousness. The assembly concluded with the Principal’s words of wisdom.

Interactive Assembly 1-A

On 15th October 2026, the young learners of Class 1-A organized a vibrant Interactive Assembly to celebrate Dussehra and Navratri. The event began with an inspiring Thought of the Day on the victory of good over evil, followed by the morning news delivered confidently by the students.

The main highlight was a captivating skit depicting key scenes from the Ramayana, through which the children beautifully showcased the story of Lord Rama’s triumph over Ravana. Adding to the festive cheer, the students performed a colourful Garba dance in traditional attire. To wrap up the assembly, the class teacher held an engaging talk, explaining the core values of honesty, righteousness, and unity in a simple, relatable way. The assembly concluded on a joyful note, successfully blending cultural learning with enthusiastic student participation.

Our respected Principal ma’am Mrs. Bhatnagar and Coordinator Ms. Natasha Sharma appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers, applauding the confidence, creativity, and teamwork displayed throughout the assembly.

Overall, the assembly was informative, entertaining, and successful in delivering a valuable message to all.
