A Joyful Journey of Learning and Fun
The fifteen days Summer Camp at our school turned out to be a wonderful journey full of joy, learning, and discovery. What made it truly special was that every child got to choose three activities they were genuinely interested in, which brought out the best in them. The mornings began on a lively note with brain gym exercises that helped the children feel fresh and focused. The personality development sessions were not just about speaking well—they encouraged children to open up, express themselves confidently, and work together as a team. Art and craft sessions were full of colour, creativity, and happy messes, while the dance rooms echoed with laughter and energetic beats. Music lovers had a great time experimenting with instruments, and those inclined towards sports enjoyed their time at the table tennis court. One of the most exciting parts for many was the fireless cooking—children took great pride in preparing simple yet tasty dishes on their own. The French language sessions added a fun twist, as children enjoyed learning basic words and phrases in a new language.
To keep things even more exciting, we had some wonderful surprises along the way. The joy on the children’s faces during the pottery-making sessions, storytelling hours, the magic show, and the traditional bullock cart ride was truly heartwarming. The little ones had a blast at their very own pool party, splashing around and having the time of their lives. And of course, the delicious food was a big hit with everyone—well-balanced, tasty meals that gave the kids the energy they needed for the fun-filled days.
The final day was the cherry on the cake with a fun movie, popcorn, certificate distribution and goodie bags filled with little treats that added an extra spark to the children’s smiles.
Looking back, the camp wasn’t just a break from routine; it was an experience where children made new friends, tried new things, and created memories that will last a long time. It was truly a summer well spent.
