12-A INTERACTIVE ASSEMBLY: WORLD MUSIC DAY

The students of Class 12A at Arwachin International School organized an engaging and interactive assembly to celebrate World Music Day. The event was a vibrant display of musical talent and cultural diversity, showcasing the power of music to unite people from different backgrounds.

The assembly commenced with a brief introduction to World Music Day, highlighting its significance in promoting peace, cultural understanding, and the universal language of music. The programme featured a variety of dance performances, a skit on the life of the world famous composer Shanker Mahadevan and an Indian classical singing performance. Students demonstrated their skills on a wide range of musical instruments like guitar, piano etc.
