CARPET LOOM
SPIC MACAY organized a live session on CARPET LOOM on 17th April 2022.A loom is a device used to weave cloth and tapestry. It was supported by AnantBajaj Foundation, SRF foundation and Lal family foundation.
Teachers,Students and Freelancers also attended the programme.Prof.SubhirKumar Saha,Mechanical Engineering IIT Delhi ,introduced the modern Axmister type power loom.It is capable of weaving high quality carpets with many varying colours and patterns.
