Important: You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

1. YOU DON'T NEED TO DEPOSIT THE COPY OF THE ONLINE SUBMITTED FORM IN THE SCHOOL.
2. Please note LKG is equivalent to Preschool/Nursery
3. Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form:

• Proof of the Date of Birth(Birth Ceritificate)
• Medical certificate of the child by MBBS doctor declaring that child is medically fit to undergo schooling.
• One photograph each of both the parents and the child
• If child is sibling, please upload latest fee receipt of your existing ward
• Father's Aadhaar Card, Mother's Aadhaar Card, and Student's Aadhaar Card
