          12th December, 2017

A picnic was organised for the students of classes VI to XII to DEVA Farms, Alipur, Delhi. DEVA Farms is a one- stop destination for fun, food and entertainment. It brings to life, a colourful heritage with all the attractions and elements of ethnic culture and tradition. The students reached the venue by bus at 11 a.m.

On reaching there the students had a warm welcome by the trainers of the farm. It reminded us of all the outdoor activities like wall climbing, zip- line etc. It also had open lawns to relax.

Moreover, dancing on the DJ floor was irresistible for the students to join and shake their legs too. The splendid day was over with mouth-watering vegetarian cuisine such as Maaki ki Roti with sarso ka saag.

It was a wonderful experience where we learnt many things. The students learnt the value of sharing and caring for others during this entire trip. They learnt to become more independent and tolerant as throughout the trip they had to be along with their peers and classmates.

The day was indeed a fun filled day.
