CHAMPIONSHIP 2017-2018

Arwachin International School team participated in the Zonal primary games and sports championship which was held at Hansraj smarak sr.sec. School, dilshad garden from 23^rd oct-27^th oct 2017. Classes 3 to 5 participated in this championship. The students of our school bagged 40 medals in the Primary Athletics Championship amongst the thirty teams of the Zone. 20 students secured First position, 15 students bagged Second position and 5 students had Third position. Heartiest congratulations to all the students who participated and brought laurels to the school. We all are proud of them.

Card making competition

The Card making competition was organized on 11^th October 2017 at Arwachin International School . The students used their art & craft skills and explored different creative ideas while making the cards. The students from classes 7^th to 10^th participated in the competition. They made beautiful cards and also brought up new and creative ideas. The names of the winners are as follows:-

Group Reading Competition

The Japan Foundation, New Delhi together with JALSTA (Japanese Language School Teachers Association) organized a Japanese Group Reading Contest on 13 October, 2017 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm at Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar.

The main objective of this competition was to provide a platform to the Japanese language students to showcase their Japanese language skills which would enhance their skills of articulation through mutual cooperation among the team members.

Ten students of class VIII along with the Japanese language teachers participated in this competition. It was a good experience for them as they interacted with the Japanese language students of other schools and learned the most important aspect of the Japanese work culture that is team spirit or team work.

The L.K.G children of Arwachin International School participated in a FANCY DRESS COMPETITION ON 9^th October 2017.The children participated with great enthusiasm and fervour.The honourable judges were Ms. Natasha Sharma; Mrs.Preeti Malhotra and Mrs.Thanya The children came dressed up according to the theme given to them i.e ‘Things that help us keep clean and Advertisements’. They introduced themselves and also spoke a few sentences about what they represented. Watching the tiny –tots dressed up smartly was such a treat.
